What does it cost, and can I cancel?
It's R199 a month — less than a cappuccino a week. There's a 3-month minimum so the program has a fair chance to bring you results, and after that you can cancel anytime. No setup fee, no long contract.
How do I receive the monthly content?
Every month, a link to your fresh content pack is emailed to you automatically — social images, WhatsApp marketing images, product and treatment promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Ready to post, no design work needed.
How do the R500 marketing products work?
When you join, you choose the marketing materials you want up to R500 in value. They're saved to your salon profile and added to your next Elim order automatically.
When do I get the free tonic?
A complimentary 500ml MediHeel Tonic (value R590) is supplied on your annual anniversary, and again each year you stay a member. Delivery charges apply to the tonic.
